Welcome to Pipe Pros Plumbing & Mechanical (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, scheduling a service, or engaging with any of our representatives, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services.

Services

Pipe Pros Plumbing & Mechanical provides plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for residential and commercial customers. All services are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with local and state regulations. Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change upon discovery of additional work required.

Appointments and Payment

Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing options. Late or declined payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us directly. We request at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

SMS Communication and Consent

Pipe Pros Plumbing & Mechanical may collect verbal opt-ins from customers who wish to receive text message communications. Customers may choose to opt in to receive SMS notifications, including but not limited to billing notices, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys, and promotional offers.

Opt-ins may be collected either in person at our location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. They may also be collected upon filling out our website forms and agreeing to receive SMS via an optional checkbox. Upon registration, customers will be asked to provide a valid mobile phone number and will be clearly informed that they may receive text messages related to their service.

Customers will also be advised that:

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Message frequency may vary depending on service activity.

  • They may text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

  • Their contact information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Participation in SMS communications is entirely voluntary and not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

Liability and Warranty

Pipe Pros Plumbing & Mechanical guarantees the quality of its workmanship for a period defined in the customer’s invoice or warranty agreement. This warranty covers labor and materials provided by us but excludes damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party interference. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from service delays, interruptions, or failures outside our control.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and stored.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Pipe Pros Plumbing & Mechanical operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
